Courier Shipment Information
If you select free shipping with Signature required – someone must be home to sign for the parcel. If no one is home, the parcel will be taken to a local courier depot and you will be required to collect your parcel from there. Redirection / redeliveries are not possible with our free shipping option. There is a $35 re-delivery attempt fee.
If you select free shipping with Authority to leave – your parcel will be left by our courier at the address provided regardless of whether someone is home. While they make efforts to leave the parcel somewhere discreet or secure if possible,Camie Fleur is unable to take responsibly for lost, missing or damaged parcels once the courier receipts the delivery as being made to the correct address in their system.

We use Direct Freight, Australia Post, Starttrack or Courier Please as our preferred courier services.

Pickup Orders
Payments for pickups do not differ from any other part of the business. For account trading customers your account must be trading within the agreed trading term limits before your order is released for processing. Payment must be received before an order is released for processing. Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment on pick up.
All pickups have a minimum 24-48 hour turnaround time. Peak season orders may experience longer delivery times so you are advised to place orders in advance and you must wait to be advised that your order is complete before you attempt pickup.
Our preferred method of notification via email. Please ensure a valid email is registered in your details.
All pickups are to be collected from our Sydney Studio via the dispatch dock. You must present your email notification receipt when you arrive at the Studio.
